About: St.Lawrence market is a gem in Toronto that is popular among locals and tourists. The market traces its origins all the way back to 1803. This is a historic building with tradition and amazing foodie atmosphere. It’s a market with many vendors that specialize in their own particular field: seafood, meats, cheeses, vegetables, etc. On the main floor are the vendors and self-service restaurants. The restaurants serve items such as fish and chips, peameal bacon sandwiches, hotdogs and various other delicious items.
