Other Information: During the summer and fall, there are different festivals held on the weekend. During the winter, the water is frozen for ice skating (there may also be skate rentals). It is also a place for celebrations or public demonstrations. On Queen Street West, there are vendors for hotdog and french fries. In the North West Quadrant of City Hall is a statue of Winston Churchill. This area is connected by the PATH underground tunnel network. There is also a public library in City Hall.
